Please read these terms carefully before booking an appointment with us. By using our services, you agree to these conditions.

By booking an appointment with Casaraclinic Ltd., you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure the best possible experience for all our clients and to maintain the highest standards of service.

Client Eligibility

All clients must be 18 years of age or older, regardless of parental consent. Valid photo identification must be presented upon request.

Certain medical conditions may prevent you from receiving treatment. A full medical consultation will be conducted before any procedure to ensure your safety.

Booking Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable £30 booking fee to secure your slot. Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Important: Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team.

Non-Refundable Booking Fees

Booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By paying the booking fee, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Deciding not to proceed with treatment
  • Failure to meet eligibility criteria discovered at consultation

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and your booking fee will be forfeited.

Please plan your journey accordingly to avoid disappointment. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals impact our ability to provide quality service to all clients. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in loss of your booking fee.

Repeated no-shows may result in a ban on future bookings. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled up to twice, provided that at least 48 hours' notice is given.

Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

With 48+ Hours Notice

Reschedule up to 2 times, booking fee transferred

Less Than 48 Hours

Booking fee forfeited, new booking required

Clinic Right to Amend or Cancel

We reserve the right to amend or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Clinician illness or emergency
  • Equipment malfunction
  • Unsafe conditions
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your appointment or provide a full refund of your booking fee.

Medical History & Consent

You must disclose your full medical history, including:

  • Any medical conditions
  • Current medications
  • Previous aesthetic treatments
  • Known allergies
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding status

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being refused or cancelled without refund.

All treatments require signed informed consent before proceeding.

Aftercare & Results

You will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions carefully.

Individual results may vary depending on:

  • Skin type and condition
  • Age and lifestyle factors
  • Adherence to aftercare instructions
  • Individual healing response

We cannot guarantee specific results, but we are committed to achieving the best possible outcome for each client.

Complaints Procedure

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible. We take all complaints seriously and will work to resolve any issues promptly.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours and will keep you informed throughout the resolution process.
