1. Client Eligibility

All clients must be 18 years of age or older, regardless of parental consent.
Valid photo identification must be presented upon request.

2. Booking Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable £30 booking fee to secure your slot.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

3. Non-Refundable Booking Fees

Booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
By paying the booking fee, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and your booking fee will be forfeited.
Please plan your journey accordingly to avoid disappointment.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in loss of your booking fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in a ban on future bookings.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled up to twice, provided that at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

7. Clinic Right to Amend or Cancel

Casaraclinic will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that appointments run according to the scheduled time. However, in the event that it becomes necessary to cancel, postpone, or amend an appointment at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, Casaraclinic reserves the right to do so.
In such cases, all reasonable efforts will be made to notify the client in advance.

8. Zero Tolerance Policy

Casaraclinic Ltd maintains a zero tolerance policy towards any form of rudeness, aggression, or abusive behaviour directed at staff members.
Such behaviour will result in immediate refusal of treatment and services, and may lead to permanent exclusion from the clinic.
In these circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

9. Clinic Access and Medical Fitness

No additional guests or plus ones are permitted during appointments.

Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the treatment room.

Treatment may be declined if, following consultation, the practitioner determines that you are medically unfit (eg. pregnancy, breast feeding).

10. Post-Treatment Concerns

Clients must notify Casaraclinic of any concerns or issues within fourteen (14) days of their treatment.

This allows us to assess and, where appropriate, address the matter promptly.

Concerns raised after this period may not be eligible for review or corrective action.

11. Agreement

By booking an appointment with Casaraclinic Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the above terms and conditions.
