After Your Treatment

- Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging treated areas
- No strenuous exercise, saunas, or excessive heat
- Avoid alcohol
- Do not apply makeup for at least 12 hours
Days 3-14 After Treatment
- Gentle facial massage may be recommended for certain areas
- Avoid facials, chemical peels, and microneedling for 2 weeks
- Delay dental appointments for at least 2 weeks
- Protect skin with SPF 30+ daily
- Avoid extreme cold temperatures
- Continue to avoid blood-thinning medications if possible
